I work with individuals from across different industries and sectors, and have supported them:
Group and team coaching not only can be highly time and cost effective for organisations but also have great impact on
teams’ and groups’ dynamic, cohesion, productivity and motivation. Organisations deliver through teams, and improving
team performance has a systemic and long lasting positive impact on the whole organisation.
Normally I initially work with the sponsor of the project to identify the key drivers for the intervention
and based on that information, I design the interventions to bring about the outcomes needed, including the
use of any psychometrics. I have had great feedback from teams’ leaders and members on the
insights that they have gained and how it has led to greater trust, open dialogue, improved
communications, focus on outcomes, and team spirit. This is an example of feedback received from
a Director after coaching her team of senior leaders:

I have been supervising coaches individually and in groups since 2017 and really enjoy working with fellow professionals.
The consistent feedback that I have had has been that the supervision has helped the coach to have a better
understanding of themselves, their client’s systems, their triggers, blockers to “seeing” the
client and their own development needs.

I have been facilitating teams' and groups' awaydays, together with action learning sets, and team building events since 2012 and have had great feedback from the sponsors and participants. My purpose in facilitating is to empower the participants to learn experientially and gain a deeper transformational learning. I work with the sponsor of the project to identify the key drivers for the intervention and based on that information, work with them to design the interventions to bring about the outcomes needed.
